Finding a good wine club red wine club these days is pretty easy, but how do you know if the club is featuring quality wines?

One of the top red wine producing regions in the world for the past 400 years is Bordeaux. The region for all intensive purposes invented not only quality wine, but the practice of blending different grapes together. Bordeaux is split into what amounts to two sections, the right and left bank. The left bank is the more famous (and expensive) of the two and focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon based blends. The right bank is gaining more recognition each and every year and now focused on (largely) Merlot based blends. Wines from the region are generally incredibly expensive and are imported largely to wine stores, which sell them to their best customers, without ever showcasing the best wines from the vintage, for that reason it is difficult to gain an entry into the market.
